This Privacy Policy governs access to and use of the application Inrobics Rehab Clinic, Inrobics Rehab Virtual, Inrobics Rehab Analytics and/or Inrobics Care (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Consumer Relations Platform") that INROBICS makes available to patients and users, whether adults or minors and, in such cases, to their parents or legal guardians (hereinafter jointly referred to as the "Users" I "Patients”), as well as doctors and/or therapists, both clinic workers and self-employed (hereinafter, the “Health professionals" I "Social health centers”), a rehabilitation and/or training tool for people who have limitations in their motor, cognitive and/or social capacity owned by INROBICS, who are interested in the contents (hereinafter, the “Content”) and the services (hereinafter, the “Services”) offered by INROBICS in the same.

4.- Why INROBICS is authorized to process your data?

A. Consumer Users
The legal basis for the processing of personal data collected in Section 3.A. of this Privacy Policy, namely: identification data, contact data, bank details and special category data (health and voice data), will be compliance with a legal obligation applicable to the data controller, in accordance with the provisions of Article 6.1.c) of the GDPR.

In this context, INROBICS It is authorized to process special category data (health and/or voice data) of Patients based on Article 9.2. h) of the GDPR and Article 9.2. i) of the GDPR, considering that the processing of such data is necessary for the purposes of healthcare assistance or treatment, as well as to ensure high levels of quality and safety of healthcare and medical products.
By accepting this Privacy Policy and checking the corresponding boxes, the User declares to have read and understand the Privacy Policy of INROBICS.
Regarding this point, the User may withdraw his/her consent at any time by sending a message to the following email address: privacy@inrobics.com without affecting the legality of the processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal.
B. Professional Users
The legal basis for the processing of personal data collected in Section 3.B. of this Privacy Policy, namely: identification data, contact data and bank details, where applicable, will be the performance of a contract to which the Healthcare Professional is a party or the application at the request of the latter of pre-contractual measures, in accordance with the provisions of Article 6.1. b) of the GDPR.

5.- What are the purposes of the processing of your personal data?
For the correct functioning of the Platform, INROBICS Personal data may be used for the following purposes, depending on the type of User:
A. Consumer Users
In this case, INROBICS will process the personal data of Patients for the proper provision of health care (rehabilitation sessions and/or training to people with motor, cognitive and/or social limitations, derived from brain damage, neurodevelopmental disorders or other related pathologies).
Additionally, INROBICS These Users are informed that their health data will be processed, after undergoing an appropriate anonymization process, so that it cannot be associated with a specific individual, for the purpose of carrying out medical research, implementing improvement techniques and developing artificial intelligence systems and products to alleviate the effects of this type of problem related to developmental disorders.
B. Professional users
In this case, INROBICS It will process the personal data of healthcare professionals, as well as those social and healthcare centers and/or their healthcare employees, for the proper provision of the contracted service.
Likewise, to attend to, manage and respond to the queries or requests made by these professional Users.
6.- Accuracy of the data provided by Users
The User guarantees the veracity of the personal data provided and undertakes to communicate to INROBICS any modification thereof. The User shall be responsible, in any case, for the veracity of the data provided, reserving INROBICS the right to exclude from the services any User who has provided false data, without prejudice to any other actions that may be taken under the law.
Users are advised to protect their data with the utmost diligence by using appropriate security tools. INROBICS will not be liable for any theft, illegal modification or loss of data.
Any modification or update of the data must be communicated to INROBICS through the means of communication provided in this Privacy Policy.
7.- Data retention
The protection of the privacy and personal data of Users is very important to us. INROBICS. Therefore, INROBICS makes every effort to prevent User data from being used inappropriately. Only authorized personnel have access to User data.
The User's personal data will be kept as long as his/her account remains active. Without prejudice to any other administrative remedy or judicial action, the User, parent or legal guardian shall have the right to lodge a complaint with a Supervisory Authority, in particular in the Member State in which they have their habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement, if they consider that the processing of their personal data and/or the processing of the personal data of the minor User they represent is not appropriate to the regulations, as well as in the event that they are not satisfied with the exercise of their rights and/or the rights of the minor they represent. In order to enjoy the services of INROBICS It is necessary to register as a User.
